Raymond James Stadium, owned and operated by The Tampa Sports Authority, opened its doors in fall of 1998 as the premier sports and entertainment facility in Central Florida. Known as the Crown Jewel of Stadiums, it is home to the NFL’s Tampa Bay Buccaneers, University of South Florida Football and MLS’s Tampa Bay Mutiny from 1998 to 2001. In addition to these regular fall schedules, Raymond James Stadium has been able to capitolize on its state of the art amenities. Whether you’re inside the stadium for an intimate show, or utilizing the expansive parking space available for your festival event or trade show, Raymond James Stadium has the space for you. It truly has become a seasoned veteran in regards to event management, having hosted Super Bowl XXXV in 2001, the annual Outback Bowl held on New Year’s Day and the prestigious American Invitational equestrian event each year. In addition to planning for potential concerts and non-football events for the future, Raymond James Stadium will also gear up to host Super Bowl XLIII in 2009.
